- Mutter (Pea): 250 grm (ublay aur pisey hoye)
- Mooli (Radish): ½ cup (kaddu kash karkay pani nichor len)
- Paalak (Spinach ) maithi (fenugreek leaves): ½ cup (kati hoi)
- Aata (Flour): 3 cup
- Maidah (refined wheat flour): 1 ½ cup
- Namak (Salt): hasbe zaiqa
- Pyaaz (Onion): 1
- Huri mirch (green chili): 1 tbs
- Ghee (clarified butter): hasb e zaroorat
- Aatay aur maiday ko mila lein, is mei aaloo, mutter, mooli, maithi, palaak, namak, pyaaz, aur hari mirchain daal kar hila lein
- Ab thora thora pani daal kar gond lein, aataa zara sakht goondein Phir is ko taqreeban das minute tak dhaanp kar rakh dein
- Tawa garam kar ke is par ghee lagaein
- Aatay ka paira bana kar bail lein
- Karahi mein tail daal kar garam karein is par parathay daal kar halki aanch par saink lein
- Podinay ki dahi wali chatni ke sath sehri mein khayen.
